I spent the day yesterday in my head and trying to figure out why I'm so unhappy. I came to no conclusion. So I'm going to take baby steps to a better frame of mind. Three good things that I noticed yesterday...
1. A customer told me I was so nice and helpful and he was going to come back thanks to me.
2. I was walking home and passed by the sweetest pink and yellow flowers that made me smile in the heat.
3. I spent the evening with friends talking about nothing specific and everything under the sun and laughing a lot. A lot
